The Team

Emily Sack was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. She continues to Live in Lakeland and serves her community through quality healthcare. She graduated from Polk State College with her Bachelors in science of nursing.  She attended Florida Southern College and obtained her Masters in Science of Nursing. She received a post masters family certificate from the University of Tampa.  She currently practices in many of the surrounding Emergency departments. She has many years of experience and offers a unique view on healthcare  Her goal is to bring quality healthcare to her community by helping the uninsured or under insured while being affordable.
